The Platform provides access to curated listings of AI tools, services, and third-party resources. The Platform acts as a discovery directory, launch-visibility surface, and founder-facing listing platform.

• The Platform may offer both free and paid features, including sponsored placements, priority reviews, review coverage, directory distribution support, or similar listing-related services.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
• The Platform acts only as a directory and promotional medium, not as a provider, reseller, or guarantor of any listed tool or service.

When you submit content such as AI tool listings, links, descriptions, images, or reviews, you agree to the following:

• You have the legal right to submit the content and grant us the necessary permissions.
• You grant AIDirHub a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, distribute, and promote submitted content in connection with the platform.
• Your content may be reviewed, edited, rejected, unpublished, or removed at our discretion.
• You will not submit illegal, misleading, harmful, spammy, infringing, or deceptive content.

The Platform may offer paid services, premium placements, sponsored visibility, review coverage, or other listing and promotion services.

Payment terms and refund rules will be stated before purchase. Digital services are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

The Platform is provided as is and as available.

We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or suitability of the Platform or any listed third-party tool or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDirHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, business, data, profit, or interruption losses arising from your access to or use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the service during the previous twelve months.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.
• Submit spam, harmful code, misleading information, or infringing materials.
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, discontinue, terminate, or restrict access to the Platform or any part of it at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued access may harm the Platform or other users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
